Fitness on the Flint presented by Ambetter from Peach State Health Plan Saturday, November 7 – Battle Axe Training Institute will host the workout, TOTAL BODY CALISTHENICS, and attendees will enjoy an alcoholic beverage after class concludes! Please bring your own towel to class! Class will start at 9:00AM, check-in will start at 8:30AM.
Tickets are $20 per person and include an instructor-led workout along with a custom cocktail at the conclusion of class. Patrons must be 21+ to partake in the cocktail; however, non-alcoholic options will be made available for those who do not wish to consume alcohol or who are not 21 years of age. Classes are open to all participants age 16 or older.
Tickets for Fitness on the Flint can be purchased by calling the Albany Civic Center at 229.302.1405 or by emailing david.sanford@spectraxp.com Monday through Friday 10AM to 5PM. Spaces are limited per class, so reserve your spot today! Patrons can walk-up to attend the morning of a class as long as there are open spaces.

Workout classes will take place outdoors at the Veterans Park Amphitheatre. Spaces will be outlined to maintain social distancing and we ask all attendees to adhere to social distancing guidelines when participating. Masks are required to be worn until a patron reaches his or her designated space for the work out. Please bring your own equipment, including but not limited to a mat and towel.
Restrooms will be available onsite for class attendees. Water will be available for purchase if needed.
