Ticketmaster is the official ticketing service provider for the Flint River Entertainment Complex.
Tickets to events at the Albany Civic Center, Albany Municipal Auditorium, and Veterans Park Amphitheater can also be purchased online at www.ticketmaster.com.

- New Years: The Georgia's Own Credit Union Box will close at 12PM on 12/30. We will reopen on 1/3 at 10AM.

- Juneteenth: Closed on June 20 (Observed)

Payments Accepted
Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Credit Card purchases require a photo ID.
Personal checks are NOT accepted.
Will Call
Will Call is located at the Box Office. Will Call tickets are ONLY available for pick up on the day of the event.
To pick up Will Call Tickets you must have a photo ID, the credit card used to purchase the tickets, and your confirmation number.
Tickets will be released only to the person whose name appears on the ticket envelope, and only to the person who purchased the tickets with the credit card used and a valid ID.
Children’s Policy
All individuals 24 months or older must possess a valid ticket for entry into the Flint River Entertainment Complex. Children under two (2) years old are admitted free of charge for most events, as long as they sit on a lap.

Refund Policy
There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased at the Box Office, at any outlets, online or via phone. If an event is canceled or postponed, fans have the opportunity to obtain a refund by going to their original point of purchase. Please call or visit the Georgia’s Own Credit Union Box Office at the Civic Center for additional assistance.
