When refunds are authorized

Refunds must be processed through the original point of purchase and only occur if a show is cancelled or rescheduled per the show/event management.

The event organizer/promoter must officially cancel the event or authorize refunds. 

How Refunds are Processed

If the event has been cancelled, you should automatically receive your refund to the original payment source.

If you do not automatically receive your refund on a cancelled event, find your account number from Ticketmaster or confirmation email from that was sent after tickets were purchased. You will need to contact to request your refund.
