• How can I purchase tickets?

    Tickets can be purchased from 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, in person at the Georgia's Own Credit Union Box Office located at the Albany Civic Center. Tickets may also be purchased online at Ticketmaster.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    Cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and debit cards with any of the preceding card logos are acceptable forms of payment. A valid ID must be presented with all credit card sales. Personal and business checks will NOT be accepted. Cash is the preferred payment for concerts. Remember, that once tickets are purchased, all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.

  • How do I access Will Call?

    Will Call tickets are available at the Albany Civic Center Will Call window located at the Georgia's Own Box Office on the west side of the Albany Civic Center. Only patron whose names are on the tickets may pick up the tickets with a valid ID card as identity verification. Tickets or passes left by touring personnel usually arrive in the box office approximately one hour before the event start time. Flint River Entertainment Complex personnel has no way of knowing who is to receive tour personnel tickets until they are delivered to the box office.

  • Do concession stands accept credit cards?

    Yes, all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover are accepted at concession stands.

  • Is there an age restriction on shows?

    Unless otherwise stated in the show information, we leave it to the discretion of the guardian to determine if their children may attend.

  • How do I know where my seat is?

    Seat sections and numbers are located at the very top of your ticket. Once you are in the arena, there wil be ushers to assist you with finding specific seating areas.

  • What time do doors open for an event?

    Unless otherwise stated by event management, doors will open 1-hr before the start of the event. Guests are encourages to come early to avoid delays.

  • Do you have a lost and found?

    Yes, all found items are turned into the reception area. Please call 229.430.5200 if you are inquiring after the event has ended

  • Do you have onsite parking?

  • Does the FREC have accessible seating?

    Yes, accessible seating is available for all events at the Flint River Entertainment Complex. Accessible Seating can be purchased by calling the Box Office at 229.402.1405 or in person at the main box office.
