Join the fun and fantastic staff of the Albany Recreation & Parks Department (ARPD) as they celebrate happiness, progress, strength, and resilience during the 2023 Day to Smile event on Tuesday, January 31, 2023! This free and festive event is open to children in grades 4-12 with special needs and will feature activities, music, dancing, and encouraging words from a special guest speaker.
